Returns Eligibility

    • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Accessories, underwear, swimwear, or items marked as final sale

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Request a Return

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact customer support to arrange the process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Kindly include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
